Total quality management describes a management approach that seeks to improve quality and performance in order to meet customers expectation. Under the system, all employees are involved and participate in improving processes, products, services and the culture by using strategy, data and effective communications. There is one major core component in total quality management which is the principal of continuous movement. The principals consist of three tools: Process mapping, Root cause analysis and the plan to check act cycle which is the symbolic core of the system.

The multiple-item measurement instruments used in this research field provided guidance to practitioners for successful total quality management implementation such as by raising awareness of the importance of top management commitment and helped managers to evaluate the current quality management status.

Hence, with more understanding in the advantage of total quality management, total quality management will continue being relied and ensured a long-lasting impact on all field.
